The aim of this two days skills development course is to capacitate micro finance and banking practitioners on what the new Consumer Protection Act means for their businesses and how it is going to be implemented. The course is delivered in line with the training and development needs of employees in the broader banking and micro-finance sector. The Consumer Protection Act aims at promoting a fair, accessible and sustainable marketplace for consumer products and services.
